To collectively provide industry leading national service and maintenance
to our clients from strong regional bases.
ISO ACCREDITATION
When you choose to work with RACA, you are choosing to work with companies
that are well established in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.
All our members either hold a current ISO Quality Assurance Certificate or
are actively working towards attaining one.
SKILLS & SAFETY CERTIFICATION
Our members have to pass a rigorous audit prior to selection, and thereafter
adhere to strict guidelines on skills, practice, and time. For example all
engineers must hold the necessary industry safety certifications, and have
an approved apprenticeship, or at least 10 years experience.
COVER: 24/7
Our 18 members are strategically located throughout the UK to provide seamless
coverage that is well within the industry standard response times. All our
members have in place service cover at all times : 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week, 365 days a year.
